Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Lettings and Maintenance Manager to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our property lettings and management portfolio in the Liverpool area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inspections, book them in, carry them out, and ensure that reports are sent to landlords in a timely manner.
- Day-to-day running of property lettings/management portfolio in the Liverpool area.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and maintenance contractors via telephone and email.
- Schedule ongoing repairs and refurbishments of properties within portfolio.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Produce digital reports.
- Create and maintain move-in and move-out inventories.
- Administer new and renewing tenancy agreements.
Requirements:
- You have a full driving license and car.
- Show a genuine interest in the property industry and are looking for opportunities.
- You are well-organized, respectful of your teammates, and work well under pressure.
