Lettings Property Manager Opportunity

Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Liverpool. As a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand, they require a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of properties and ensure all legal compliances are up to date.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions, and resolving any disputes.
  • Arrange and conduct property inspections, providing detailed feedback to landlords.
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, including renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements.
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords following the end of tenancy, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Communicate with utility companies and council at the start and end of tenancy.
  • Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in Lettings Property Management is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Articulate and IT literate, with the ability to use a range of software applications.
