Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
