We are seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at a boutique luxury hotel in London. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Oversee the production of pastries and desserts in the kitchen
  • Ensure high standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menus

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end establishment
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
