Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies
  • Offer support and education to individuals and their families

Requirements:
  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals with mental health challenges

We offer full-time and part-time contracts for this role. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The hourly rate is £35, with opportunities for career development and progression.
