Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Insights Manager to become a key member of our innovative analytics team at Digitas UK.

In this role, you will be instrumental in a well-established agile group that manages and implements the Customer Engagement and CRM strategies for a significant global client.

Your contributions will be essential in delivering tailored data solutions for a respected client, which includes Paid Media, AI projects, and Onsite Analytics.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Design strategic measurement frameworks and tactical testing methodologies for customer marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and uphold data collection standards across all facets of customer marketing.
  • Analyze database integrity and offer insights for enhancing data classification and storage practices.
  • Oversee audience segmentation for CRM outreach.
  • Integrate CRM data into cloud systems while ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
  • Conduct tests to assess the effectiveness of customer marketing strategies on revenue generation.
  • Possess a deep understanding of data and CRM principles, alongside digital marketing strategies.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client's business operations.
  • Motivate and guide your team to produce exceptional results.
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in CRM and onsite key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in cross-channel media evaluation and strategic planning.
  • Ability to convert complex data into practical insights.
  • Proven track record in assisting clients to meet CRM objectives through data utilization.
  • Strong client relationship skills and the capability to nurture a collaborative team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Data Warehouse technologies such as GCP and Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem and its various platforms.
  • Experience with customer marketing platforms like Adobe Campaign or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of data visualization applications such as DataStudio, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Prior experience in reporting on audience performance metrics.
  • Comprehension of diverse data-related domains including Data Visualization, Media, Web & Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences, and Data Engineering.
