Customer Data Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Manager to play a key role in the implementation of our customer data platform and global data strategy. As a Customer Data Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions to meet the needs of our global customer data team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Data Platform Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions to meet the needs of our global customer data team.
- Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data regulations, such as GDPR.
- Analytics and Insights: Develop and maintain analytics tools and querying data tables using SQL, Python, Dataiku, and Snowflake.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a continuous learning environment within the team and analytics community through skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Platform Management: Partner with regional CIX teams, drive consistent ways of working with the CDP/CRM platform across markets, and ensure standardization and sharing of best practices.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, data management, or related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data management platforms, data lakes, marketing automation tools.
- Experience with customer data platform migration.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and querying data tables using SQL, Python, Dataiku, Snowflake.
- Ability to cultivate a continuous learning environment within the team and analytics community.
