About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Manager to play a key role in the implementation of our customer data platform and global data strategy. As a Customer Data Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions to meet the needs of our global customer data team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Data Platform Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions to meet the needs of our global customer data team.
  2. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality and compliance with data regulations, such as GDPR.
  3. Analytics and Insights: Develop and maintain analytics tools and querying data tables using SQL, Python, Dataiku, and Snowflake.
  4. Team Collaboration: Foster a continuous learning environment within the team and analytics community through mentorships and knowledge sharing.
  5. Platform Management: Partner with regional CIX teams, drive consistent ways of working with the CDP/CRM platform across markets, and ensure standardization and sharing of best practices.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in marketing analytics, data management, or related field.
  2. Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data management platforms, data lakes, and marketing automation tools.
  3. Proficiency in analytics tools and querying data tables using SQL, Python, Dataiku, and Snowflake.
  4. Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
