Job Title: Customer Data Lead

Join DataTech Analytics, a global leader in the design, marketing, and distribution of premium lifestyle products, as a Customer Data Lead. This role plays a critical part in the implementation of the customer data platform and wider global data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions to meet the needs of the global customer data.
  • Drive best practice and adoption across markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, ensure data quality, and ensure customer regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with regional CIX teams in US and EMEA to drive consistent ways of working with the CDP/CRM platform across markets.
  • Build relationships with CDP providers and IT teams to act as a bridge between business and technical understanding of requirements and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, data management, or related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data management platforms, data lakes, marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to cultivate a continuous learning environment within the team and analytics community through persistent development of new skills and sharing of knowledge through mentorships and contribution.
