About the Role

As a Business Analytics Lead, you will be a key member of our Commercial Intelligence team, working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner to Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, leveraging expertise in data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights on key business KPIs, including market trends and customer behavior.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Finance, promoting collaboration and shared goals.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex insights and drive business outcomes.

About You

  • Strong experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Expertise in SQL, GA4, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce businesses.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems and analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to effectively manage targets and deadlines.
