Role Overview

The Event Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing the sales process for incoming group and catering inquiries. This position involves actively promoting the hotel to prospective clients and managing the contracting phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the sale of group accommodations and catering services, addressing inquiries through various channels, and guiding clients through the reservation process.
  • Assess client requirements, suggest hotel offerings, draft proposals, and finalize bookings.
  • Log inquiries into reservation systems, conduct property tours, and follow up with clients to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
  • Establish enduring relationships with clients, recognize business prospects, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
