As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and retaining existing clients in the corporate events segment. Your primary goal will be to sell corporate event services at Pan Pacific London, working closely with the Director of Events to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual budget and M&E goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hotel site visits and participate in familiarization trips to promote the hotel's services.
  • Coordinate the entire sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract signing, handing over to the planning team when necessary.
  • Quote and negotiate rates and space within predefined parameters.
  • Prepare contracts for customers, including payment terms.
  • Upsell each business opportunity to maximize function space utilization and target the right market.
  • Match customer and event profiles with the hotel's suitable products.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor properties and sales processes.
