Sales and Event Operations Manager

This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end sales experience for our events space. You will focus on setting up and activating our events space in Farringdon, defining a smooth sales journey, and establishing relationships with key event agencies and partners. You will also take ownership of the ongoing sales pipeline to secure a healthy pipeline of events across our portfolio and support in their excellent delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document the in-house sales journey and supporting collateral
  • Collaborate with colleagues to set up systems and processes to support this
  • Source and secure relationships with key event agencies and necessary operational delivery partners
  • Review and confirm key KPIs and phased sales targets for this role for the FY26 Financial Year
  • Successfully sell our primary Event space to ensure a profitable first quarter upon opening of the space in early 2025

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within venues or events
  • Autonomous self-starter, driven by sales
  • Experience using CRM/Booking systems to manage leads
