We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Events Strategist to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple events at once on a global scale with the capacity to execute swiftly and identify new event opportunities. This is an opportunity to grow an existing event calendar and build a market-leading event strategy that drives sales.

The key purpose of this role is to plan, manage, and execute on a variety of events such as meetups, trade shows, road shows, product launches, conferences, partner events, seminars, and sales presentations from beginning concept through project execution. In this global cross-functional role, you will be working with marketing, design, and sales teams to plan and organize ~100 global events a year.

This is a hybrid position based out of our London office.

As the Corporate Events Strategist, you'll get to:

  • Develop and manage a rolling 12-month calendar of internal and external trade shows and events.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution, including attending multiple events.
  • Create and coordinate the development of event collateral and signage, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation.
  • Manage events on a global scale, coordinating with international teams and partners as needed.
  • Identify and secure partnerships for events, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to evaluate the cost-benefit analysis of events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.
  • Continuously track leads from events and provide detailed ROI reports for each event, ensuring ongoing evaluation of performance and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive outreach and marketing plans for events, utilizing various channels to drive engagement and attendance.
  • Take initiative to propose innovative ideas for event formats and engagement strategies, contributing to the overall success of the event portfolio.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of event planning and management experience in a corporate or tech environment. They should possess strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. Additionally, they should have the tenacity to fully execute 100+ events a year and an understanding of the online business and M&A space.
