Corporate Events Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Events Sales Manager to join our team at Prebookers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key event agencies and partners
- Design and implement a smooth sales journey for our events space
- Collaborate with colleagues to set up systems and processes to support sales efforts
- Source and secure relationships with key event suppliers and operational delivery partners
- Review and confirm key KPIs and phased sales targets for the FY26 Financial Year
- Successfully sell our primary Event space to ensure a profitable first quarter upon opening of the space in early 2025
- Drive increased revenue and events calendar volume in our primary event space and key event spaces across other locations
- Ensure that all events deliver or exceed both budgeted income and overheads targets, continuously seeking improvement to drive both areas incrementally
- Drive priority on repeat event bookings/sales rates to deliver a strong direct/repeatable lead channel for future pipeline
- Engage frequently with the space teams, curating events tailored to customers' needs and delivering a smooth handover of the event to be executed as planned
- Be visible where most relevant at event bookings to monitor the successful delivery and reinforce the sales relationship for future bookings
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enable targeted lead generation for your pipeline, ensuring our unique brand DNA comes across in all aspects of the event journey and supports in identifying opportunities to generate new interest
- Continuously scan for opportunities to lead the market and challenge competitors in delivering London-based events
- Ensure we're working with the right introducer agencies, as well as necessary event suppliers to supplement our in-house offering
Requirements:
- Previous experience within venues or events
- Autonomous self-starter, driven by sales
- Experience using CRM/Booking systems to manage leads
