Corporate Sales Specialist

At Jo Malone London, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the growth and development of the B2B Corporate Sales channel
  • Support the Corporate Sales Manager in achieving department B2B sales targets
  • Be responsible for in-person brand inductions for all new prospective clients
  • Actively recruit new clients through LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking events
  • Network effectively, building brand and client relationships

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of delivering high levels of customer service and/or building client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
