Job Overview

As a Security Administrator , you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the security clearance application process, ensuring compliance with necessary standards and protocols for all personnel accessing our facilities.
  • Engage with clients to clarify entry requirements, assess their needs, and ensure adherence to security specifications.
  • Maintain the highest security standards consistently.
  • Directly manage high-risk applications in collaboration with security leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to the Security and Contract Management team.
  • Deliver exceptional service in all administrative and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
  • Proof of residency in the UK for the past three years.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach.

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Background in a military setting.
  • Valid driving license.
  • SIA License.
  • Security Clearance (SC).
