Key Responsibilities- Monitor access and egress points
- Monitor crowds for distress, overcrowding, and disorder
- Ensure event/stadium policies, rules, and safety procedures are adhered to
- Communicate and direct customers, the public, and guests
- General crowd control/monitoring
- Hold a Current Valid SIA Door Supervisors License
- Have a good command of the English Language both written and verbal
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 Spectator Safety Qualification or Equivalent
- Be prepared to develop their skills for the role via Continued Professional Development
- Good hourly rates of pay starting from £12.06 per hour
- Minimum 5 Hours Pay for every shift
