Mackenzie Jones, a leading educational provider, is looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role will be pivotal in providing technical assistance to over 65 staff members, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support as a System Administrator.
  • Assist with Windows 11/10 support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Office 365 support and user inquiries.
  • Support various end-user devices including Windows PCs, laptops, desktops, iPads, and tablets.
  • Oversee hardware and software installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Handle networking issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, SSL, and IPSec, with the ability to escalate tickets for external support.
  • Utilize MDM solutions such as InTune.
  • Provide support for audio/visual devices, including projectors and interactive displays.
  • Implement security measures including firewalls, antivirus, web filters, and security policies.
  • Assist with VOIP communications and telephony support.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach.

Working Hours:

This is an onsite position during term time, with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. During school holidays, hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for remote work.
