Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance, allocating jobs to engineers, and ensuring the completion of works and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
  • Allocate jobs to engineers and ensure the completion of works and deadlines are met
  • Submit detailed job reports to clients and send them along with quotes
  • Support the Contracts Manager
  • Utilize Job Logic software to track and manage maintenance tasks
  • Manage both shared and personal inboxes, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or planning/scheduling role
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails
  • Experience with Job Logic or similar job management software is advantageous
  • A friendly, collaborative, and reliable work ethic
