Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at Explore Group. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues related to networking, computer hardware, and software.
  • Manage password sharing and user administration systems, including Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Write and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide expert-level support.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnetting, DHCP, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Experience with computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of password sharing and user administration systems, including Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
