Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, allocating jobs to engineers, and ensuring the completion of works and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PPM and reactive maintenance schedules
  • Allocate jobs to engineers and ensure timely completion
  • Submit detailed job reports to clients and provide quotes
  • Support the Contracts Manager
  • Utilize job management software to track and manage maintenance tasks
  • Manage inboxes and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or planning/scheduling role
  • Ability to manage high volumes of customer inquiries
  • Experience with job management software is an advantage
  • Friendly, collaborative, and reliable work ethic
