Position Overview

Skanska is seeking a dedicated Administrator with expertise in Facilities Management services to join our team in supporting a critical government facility. This role involves providing essential helpdesk and administrative assistance on-site, as remote work is not an option for this contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and distribute all scheduled and urgent tasks through the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
  • Monitor site Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for both planned and reactive activities.
  • Offer administrative support to the Operational, Technical, and Capital Works Teams as necessary.
  • Plan and allocate resources to ensure effective delivery of both direct and third-party services during regular and off-hours.
  • Oversee all logistical arrangements for subcontractors, including the processing of service records and ensuring accurate data entry in the CAFM system.
  • Coordinate access logistics for all areas, including secure zones for engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks for the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems, including the ability to analyze historical reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) data.
