Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Supervisor to join our team. As a Helpdesk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Helpdesk, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and Coordinate Helpdesk Activities
- Plan and schedule reactive and proactive helpdesk call outs to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with operational staff to ensure seamless execution of helpdesk tasks.
- Supervise and Manage Helpdesk Staff
- Oversee the work of helpdesk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Support Helpdesk Operations
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Log and track helpdesk calls, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall helpdesk performance.
- Administrative Tasks
- Compile and submit monthly reports on helpdesk activity and performance.
- Develop and maintain helpdesk procedures and policies.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance helpdesk skills and knowledge.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in helpdesk or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
