About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at Tag Digital, a leading performance-led marketing agency. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing highly targeted paid media campaigns on various platforms, including Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive business growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, and Microsoft.
  • Collaborate with the wider technical team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media management, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies, including Microsoft and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
