About the Role

Swiss Re is seeking a highly skilled Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager to accelerate the organization's dedication to creating a more inclusive culture. As a key member of the DEI team, you will promote an inclusive environment where differences are valued, and everyone feels empowered to contribute to business results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement global frameworks, solutions, and roadmaps to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with key partners across the business to deliver the DEI strategy, amplifying and elevating diverse perspectives.
  3. Lead DEI global projects and initiatives, overseeing effective execution and establishing relationships with key business partners.
  4. Collaborate with HR COEs and HR Business Partners on key talent practices and lead on inclusive design thinking.
  5. Act as a facilitator, project coordinator, change manager, and DEI expert to create impact across Swiss Re.
  6. Provide visibility on DEI and the impact of our work by managing, analyzing, and sharing data with stakeholders.
  7. Research external trends and keep abreast of DEI legislative and regulatory changes to ensure internal DEI policies remain relevant and aligned to business goals.

About You

  1. You are a team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  2. You can move with ease between being strategic and tactical, from articulating a vision to detailed execution.
  3. You take accountability for delivering high-quality projects and products at pace.
  4. You possess a strong commercial focus and a business-focused attitude.
  5. You have in-house or consulting-practice experience in Human Resources and DEI, with a sound understanding of the diversity landscape and challenges.
  6. You are digitally savvy and used to managing data to tell a story.
  7. You are a strong influencer and negotiator with the ability to influence behavior change and drive alignment across executives and peers at all levels in a matrixed organization.
  8. You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and impact.
  9. You have a degree (Master's or equivalent) ideally with a major in one or more of the following fields: Organizational Development, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Management, Engineering, or Human Resources.
