About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program as the Head of Access Management. This role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Secure Remote connectivity across Wella Company brands globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with Wella Company's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of resources to design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and processes that ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business and regulatory requirements, including SOX controls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and partners to ensure optimal IAM solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IAM team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain robust access control policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of Wella Company's data, IP, and assets.
Requirements
  • Higher education (University degree) with an orientation in business/technology-related fields.
  • Professional experience in security and access management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Successful track record of leading a project in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
  • Successful track record of 3rd party vendor management/interaction.
  • Successful track record of building relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow quality assurance processes.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP GRC, Sailpoint, and Cyberark.
