We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. As the Head of Access Management, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the secure and efficient management of access to our company's resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement IAM strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Lead a team of IAM specialists to design, implement, and maintain access control systems and processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and processes.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.

Requirements:
* Higher education in a business or technology-related field.
* Professional experience in security and access management, with a strong background in IAM.
