Executive Assistant to EMEA Regional Chief Auditor

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative organization? MUFG, the 7th largest financial group in the world, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support our EMEA Regional Chief Auditor.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the EMEA Chief Auditor, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure the EMEA Chief Auditor's inbox is managed efficiently, prioritizing tasks and responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation of meetings, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and materials.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support the EMEA Chief Auditor's objectives.
- Collaborate with the Business Management team to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Provide backup support to other executives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
