Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the EMEA Chief Auditor, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure the EMEA Chief Auditor's inbox is managed efficiently, prioritizing tasks and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the region and globally, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the EMEA Chief Auditor in managing key stakeholder engagement, including arranging meetings and coordinating schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider leadership team as required, ensuring the effective running of the office.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across different time zones and managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.
