Lead the EMEA Broker-Dealer Business

As the Managing Director, Head of EMEA, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the broker-dealer business in the EMEA region. This includes developing and executing robust business strategies, identifying and cultivating business opportunities, and building strong relationships with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand our presence in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Represent BestEx Research at industry events and in the media to showcase our thought leadership
  • Ensure all business activities adhere to FCA regulations and implement robust governance frameworks
  • Partner with the CEO, Global Head of Business Development, and Chief Product Officer to design and execute innovative product strategies
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-caliber sales team to foster a culture of excellence and high performance
  • Stay ahead of industry and market structure trends to strategically position our offerings in the market
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in institutional equities sales and business development in the electronic trading or algorithmic trading space
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage functional frameworks within a high-growth environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and team members
  • Deep understanding of market structure, competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory environment in the EMEA region
