Regional Marketing Manager EMEA

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our database offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EMEA regional programs aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate third-party events across the EMEA region, ensuring regional alignment and meeting 3rd party deadlines.
  • Collaborate with sales, SAs, product, and global marketing teams to ensure program objectives align with overall business goals.
  • Manage a marketing budget for the EMEA region, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of program participation, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in regional marketing specializing in the EMEA region in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and collaborate with diverse teams globally.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale programs across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Experience collaborating closely with regional sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and monitor ROI.
