Marketing Manager - EMEA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and deliver leads in the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing Director to drive business goals and marketing strategy
  • Execute all field marketing logistics, including conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and online activations
  • Manage relationships with local event promoters, venues, vendors, and suppliers
  • Track analytics and report progress on digital campaigns and social media
  • Ensure activities are within budget, drive revenue, and deliver a strong ROI
  • Submit ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow Moloco's brand
  • Coordinate and execute marketing and partnership events
  • Run B2B digital marketing campaigns, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute content for websites, emails, social channels, and paid media
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, including 1-3 years running events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and a high level of creativity
  • Tech industry and B2B marketing experience preferred, including working with creative and event agencies
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Self-starter with ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and guide teams to execute marketing programs and campaigns within tight schedules and approved budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Great planning, prioritization, and organizing skills
