About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Marketing Moves. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing marketing automation, email marketing, data management, and lead outreach processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver marketing emails for Field, Corporate, Partner, and Product Marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with campaign targets.
  • Manage contact lists to support ABM campaigns and events, ensuring the accuracy of audience data.
  • Develop and implement automated sequences and cadences for business development teams in HubSpot, ensuring effective lead outreach supporting lead generation activity.
  • Track and ensure that leads generated from marketing activities are progressed, ensuring no leads are missed.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for marketing processes, automation workflows, and campaign management.

Requirements:

  • You will have a track record in marketing operations with proficiency in marketing automation tools including HubSpot.
  • Ideally, you will also have experience with ZoomInfo for data management and enrichment.
  • Familiarity with Storyblok is a plus.
  • You understand email marketing best practices and can build complex, segmented campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
