About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales pipeline.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams, with a focus on coaching and training.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and customer needs.
