Area Sales Manager Lighting Control Systems

Job Overview:
Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our Lighting Control Systems sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the lighting control systems market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including lighting designers, electrical consultants, and end-users.
3. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their lighting needs.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases.
5. Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience in the lighting industry, with a strong understanding of lighting control systems and technologies.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
5. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
