The Position

As a vital member of our sales team, you will oversee a variety of direct and indirect customer relationships. Your primary objective will be to enhance the distribution and sales performance of our brands. You will be accountable for meeting volume and financial goals while driving new business initiatives as part of our comprehensive sales strategy. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with customers to optimize product range, visibility, and campaign execution for our existing offerings, as well as spearheading distribution efforts for new products, potentially in emerging markets. Collaboration with the Senior Customer Manager and fellow Customer Managers will be essential to drive overall sales success in this channel.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong sales acumen and proven experience in the FMCG sector or South Asian market, complemented by exceptional communication and organizational abilities. A background in this industry, with a track record of influencing a diverse customer base, is highly desirable. Your capacity to leverage personal influence and build effective relationships will be crucial, along with a history of achieving results in your career. A valid UK driving license is a necessary requirement.
