About the Role

As a People & Culture Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the employee experience at our hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both managers and employees.

Your Responsibilities

  • Offer expert advice and assistance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and company policies.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires, ensuring they seamlessly transition into our dynamic work environment.
  • Manage payroll for the hotel, adhering to all legal requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement engaging well-being initiatives to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

  • A CIPD qualification is essential for this role.
  • Previous HR experience, ideally within the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
  • A comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations is crucial.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a requirement.
