Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development and enhancement of our Salesforce platform at Excelcare Holdings. This role involves customizing the system to meet the unique needs of our residents and organization, providing expert solutions, training and support to team members, and collaborating with technical leads to maintain high-quality system output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customized System Development: Tailor the InForm System to align with our organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • System Solutions Expertise: Implement the new system and maximize its potential, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Team Training and Support: Create user guides and provide training for stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with technical leads to ensure system functionality, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with users to increase system adoption, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
  • User-Friendly Reporting: Communicate updates and changes effectively, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance system workflows and processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • User Training: Conduct user training for new functionalities, ensuring stakeholders are up-to-date with the latest system capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer or consultant with InForm knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Delivery of CRM and digital projects, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Change management and data management skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail in system management, with a focus on ensuring high-quality system output.
  • Understanding of Welfare and Benefits system, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
  • Driver's license and access to own car, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
