Salesforce Solutions Specialist

Excelcare Holdings is in search of a proficient Salesforce Solutions Specialist to spearhead the continuous development and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This position entails personalizing the platform to cater to the distinct requirements of our clients and organization, delivering expert solutions, training, and support to team members, while collaborating with technical experts to ensure superior system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Customization: Adapt the Salesforce platform to meet our organizational needs effectively.
  • Expertise in System Solutions: Implement the platform and leverage its full capabilities.
  • Training and Support for Teams: Develop user manuals and provide training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with technical experts to guarantee system efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Foster relationships with users to enhance system utilization.
  • Effective Reporting: Clearly communicate updates and modifications.
  • Ongoing Enhancement: Improve system workflows and operational processes.
  • User Education: Conduct training for new features and functionalities.
  • Support for Benefits: Assist clients in accessing eligible benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or consultant with knowledge of InForm.
  • Successful delivery of CRM and digital initiatives.
  • Skills in change management and data oversight.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in system administration.
  • Familiarity with Welfare and Benefits systems.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
