Excelcare Holdings is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to spearhead the continuous roll out of the Salesforce Platform and implement the financial element to our system.

About the Role:

  • Customised System Development: Tailor the InForm System to meet the unique support needs of our residents.
  • System Solutions Expertise: Lead the implementation of the new system, maximizing its capabilities for the team and residents.
  • Team Training and Support: Create user-friendly guides to demonstrate the benefits of the system.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Technical Leads to maintain high-quality system functionality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal users to drive system engagement and overcome resistance.
  • User-Friendly Reporting: Deliver clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance reports, dashboards, workflows, and processes for ongoing system development.
  • User Training: Implement training for new system functionalities.
  • Benefit Support: Offer expertise in benefit support for residents.

About You:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Consultant experienced with InForm system. Previous CRM and digital project delivery essential. Strong communication skills, eye for detail, and understanding of Welfare and Benefits system required.
