Salesforce System Specialist - Exciting Role with Excelcare Holdings

Excelcare Holdings, a prominent provider in the healthcare sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce System Specialist to lead the ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce Platform and integrate financial functionalities into our systems.

Role Overview:

  • Tailored System Development: Customize the Salesforce system to align with the specific needs of our clients.
  • Expertise in System Solutions: Drive the deployment of the new system, ensuring optimal utilization for both the team and clients.
  • Training and Support for Teams: Develop comprehensive guides to illustrate the advantages of the system.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with Technical Leads to ensure the system operates at peak performance.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Foster relationships with internal users to enhance system adoption and address any challenges.
  • Clear Reporting: Provide straightforward and informative reports to stakeholders.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Continuously refine reports, dashboards, workflows, and processes for system advancement.
  • User Training: Facilitate training sessions for new system features.
  • Support for Benefits: Provide guidance on benefits for clients.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer/Consultant with experience in system customization. A background in CRM and digital project execution is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Welfare and Benefits systems are required.
