About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation of our new GM GenAI platform. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of the platform and its related business use cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop the GM GenAI platform and its related business use cases.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business priorities and expectations.
  • Mentor team members in technical design and development best practices.
  • Drive platform performance, scalability, and resiliency testing.
  • Implement hardware upgrades and software enhancements to meet global performance expectations.
  • Conduct research and prototyping to evaluate and identify new solutions to enhance platform and team capabilities.
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to continuously innovate and improve solutions.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing multi-tier application platforms, including microservices.
  • Proven ability to plan and lead delivery by a functionally diverse and geographically dispersed team.
  • High coding proficiency in Python and Unix scripting.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, as well as large structured and unstructured dataset processing.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills
  • Experience implementing data analytics and AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with tools for agentic solutions.
