About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized system solutions to meet the unique needs of our residents and organization.
  • Lead the implementation of new system features and functionality, ensuring effective communication and training for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Design and deliver user-friendly reports and dashboards to stakeholders, effectively communicating updates and changes to the system.
  • Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, custom workflows, and processes for ongoing system enhancement.
  • Plan and implement user training for new functionalities, upgrades, and changes.
  • Extend expertise to support residents in obtaining and maintaining eligible benefits.

Requirements:

  • Demonstratable experience working as a Salesforce Developer or consultant, with a strong understanding of the InForm system and its implementation and development.
  • Delivery of CRM and digital implementation projects.
  • Experience of change management, data management, improving user experience and communications.
  • Engaging customer-facing skills, working confidently with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coaching, and mentoring at all levels.
  • An excellent eye for detail and accuracy in system management.
  • A good understanding of the Welfare and Benefits system, with an empathic and sensitive approach working with the needs of vulnerable groups.
