Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • A service-oriented individual who values quality over convenience.
  • Proven ability to guide and develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and enthusiasm.
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management and meeting deadlines.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

  • First Aid certification.
  • Fire Marshall/Warden certification.
  • Health & Safety Level 2 certification.

Necessary training will be provided for the right candidate.
