- Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Health and Safety Level 2, Food Safety Level 3, First Aid, Fire Marshall/Warden, and Personal Licence.
