We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Control the flow of service, communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar and restaurant areas.
- Assist with training and development of team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
- Ability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
