We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, and work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
