Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at COSMO Restaurant Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant operations and contributing to the achievement of our business aims and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Health and Safety Level 2, Food Safety Level 3, First Aid, Fire Marshall/Warden, and Personal Licence.
