Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Flute, a popular pub in Liverpool. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and provide exceptional customer service.
